What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, an optional budget range and your project brief. Nothing else. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no tracking cookie on this site.
Why, and on what basis
To read your enquiry and reply to it. Under the UK and EU GDPR this is our legitimate interest in responding to someone who has contacted us about work, and where a project follows, steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
Where it goes
Submissions are emailed to our own inbox over an authenticated connection and are not sold, rented or shared for marketing. Three processors are involved in delivering this site and that message: Vercel hosts it, Cloudflare Turnstile screens the form for bots, and our mail provider carries and stores the email. Turnstile is a privacy-preserving alternative to a CAPTCHA and does not profile you across sites.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Where we work together, records are kept as long as the business relationship and any legal or accounting obligation requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
